No Financials Loans
We are able to provide access to a ‘No Financials Loan’ for amounts between $5,000 & $35,000. The goods can be for any business purchase e.g. Computer Hardware, Photocopiers, Medical Equipment to Lathes, Presses to Earthmoving Equipment, Forklifts etc.Naturally some conditions do apply, for example you need: -
- a good credit history
- a business established for a minimum of 3 years
- equity in property
- an acceptable supplier (e.g. well known supplier)
However in all cases the financier reserves the right to request additional financial information if required.
One of the best aspects of this product is that it is not limited to any one facility so the goods can be financed by way of Lease, Chattel Mortgage, Hire Purchase or Rental Agreement.

My Story
I started my career in finance with the ANZ Bank in my hometown of Bundaberg in 1981. The next 20 years saw me cover numerous positions with ANZ and later Esanda Finance in regional South East Queensland. My years with Esanda gave me an extensive understanding of equipment and vehicle financing.
In 1992 I settled on the Sunshine Coast in the then Esanda office where I was responsible for the delivery of personalised service to business clients in an area from Caboolture to Bundaberg.
It had long been my ambition to establish a finance brokerage business to deliver a wider range of options to my clients. So in 2001, when the opportunity arose to do just that with a group of former colleagues, the decision was simple.
My focus is on delivering the most suitable finance package available, and providing the type of quality service my clients deserve.
Business people are busy people with the demands on their time ever increasing. My aim is to ensure that my clients’ finance needs are met as efficiently as possible so they can focus on managing their business.
I am a Commissioner for Declarations and hold Certificate IV Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking).

My Story
My career in Banking & Finance started with ANZ in Lismore in 1984, having grown up in the local district. I gained experience in various business & home finance roles throughout the North Coast of NSW from Tweed Heads to Laurieton.
In 2002 I specialised as a Business Relationship Manager at ANZ in Lismore & then continued to develop my expertise by taking on other opportunities as they came along. This included my subsequent roles as Relationship Manager for Bankwest & St George & more recently Agribusiness Executive at CBA, servicing clients throughout the Northern Rivers.
During this time, I gained an appreciation of many industries throughout the Northern Rivers area including Wholesale & Retail business, Transport, Earthmoving, Professional Services, Accommodation, Horticulture, Cropping, Beef & Dairy.
My knowledge & experience has allowed me to provide a superior level of service & offer suitable finance options to help people achieve their goals. This includes providing all forms of Business & Farm Loans, Equipment Finance, Property Finance & Home Loans.
Joining the team at Broadlink has allowed me to fulfil my aspiration of being a Finance Broker.
I enjoy getting to know clients by meeting them at their business or farm & providing them with the personal service & ongoing support they expect.
I hold a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
During my free time I enjoy visiting the Tablelands & National Parks, spending time at the beach, gardening & watching Rugby League.
