I started my equipment finance career with Esanda Finance in Townsville in 1993 before moving to Brisbane in 1997 with Esanda. In 2002 I took up the opportunity to join Suncorp in Brisbane before moving in 2006 to Capital Finance to further my career in finance.
After fourteen years as an Equipment Finance Specialist I believe I have accumulated the skills and knowledge necessary to assist you with all your business finance requirements.
I was raised in North Queensland and regularly travel to various regions, near and far, to deliver a personal service to my clients.

I hold degrees in both Accounting and Business Management as well as Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance / Mortgage Broking. A Finance Lease can be an effective way for a company to acquire goods.
The financier purchases the asset on your behalf with the financing costs calculated on the purchase price of the goods. The goods are then leased from the financier at an agreed rental for the period of the lease.
The lease rentals are generally paid either monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. If you a have a business that has seasonal income, you can elect to make your repayments on a seasonal or irregular basis.

The rentals are generally a tax deduction based on business use. A residual value is required for a finance lease, however, this can be negotiated within an approved range at the commencement of the lease.
