FACEBOOK DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

The website provides a Facebook login app. It allows users to log in to their broadlink.com.au User Hub using their Facebook credentials.

To delete your access to the BROADLINK.com.au Facebook login app, you can remove your information by following these steps:

  1. Log in to Facebook. Select account in the top right of Facebook.
  2. Select 'Setting & Privacy', then select 'Settings'
  3. Select ‘Apps and Websites’ to see a list of apps and websites linked with your Facebook account.
  4. Locate ‘BROADLINK.com.au’ in the list and select 'Remove'.
  5. Confirm your Removal by selecting 'Remove' AGAIN.

IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT?

Broadlink takes your privacy seriously. If you have a complaint about our handling of your personal information you can make a complaint by emailing Broadlink at drm@broadlink.com.au and one of Broadlink’s directors will seek to respond to you within 48 hours. Any complaints that are not resolved in accordance with our internal dispute resolution policy will be directed to Broadlink External Dispute Resolution Provider COSL.
