Dispute Resolution

Broadlink has an internal dispute resolution system designed to resolve complaints or disputes that may arise.

Our internal Dispute Resolution Manager (DRM) coordinates the investigation and gathers all supporting information to determine the actions required to address any issues raised.

If the DRM is unable to resolve your complaint, the matter will be referred to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), an Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) approved external dispute resolution scheme of which Broadlink and its associates are members.
