Dispute Resolution

Broadlink has an internal dispute resolution system which is designed to seek to resolve any complaints or disputes which may arise. Our internal Dispute Resolution Manager (DRM) can be contacted at drm@broadlink.com.au

The DRM will gather all the supporting information in regards to the issue to determine what action needs to be taken.

If the DRM is unable to resolve any complaint or dispute, the DRM will refer you to Australian Financial Complaints Authority (afca) which is an Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) approved external dispute resolution scheme, of which Broadlink and its associates are members.
